Telehealth - Clinical Operations Coordinator

The Clinical Operations Coordinator is a newly created role reputed company to take on the operational build-out work in reputed company partnership with the Clinical Director. This role sits at the intersection of Clinical and Operations and is a good fit for a candidate excited to wear many hats and work in a high-reputed company environment. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & reputed company Operations

- Support development of caseload and hiring rules to reputed company reputed company across states.
- Partner with the Clinical Director and Recruitment team on end-to-end reputed company needs to ensure a robust pipeline of clinical candidates and smooth, efficient screening process
- Maintain and regularly update job descriptions for reputed company clinical-reputed company telehealth roles (therapists, care coordinators, clinical supervisors, clinical assessors, and reputed company positions), ensuring they reflect reputed company responsibilities and program reputed company reputed company, Training, Development & Program Build-Out
- Coordinate reputed company logistics for new therapists and care coordinators, ensuring required telehealth equipment (laptop, headset, monitor and docking station, cellphone, EHR and virtual platform reputed company, etc.) is procured and reputed company reputed company of reputed company new hire's start date to ensure clinicians have smooth reputed company experience.

Licensing Administration
- Own day-to-day licensing operations: reputed company license status, renewal timelines, and state-by-state requirements as the program expands into new states.
- Maintain ongoing reputed company of therapist licensure records — monitoring expirations, tracking renewals in reputed company, and flagging lapses before they reputed company caseload eligibility.
- Support clinicians through the multi-state licensure process; maintain the license database.
- reputed company and implement a standardized licensing management process ("Licensing reputed company Center") in partnership with clinical and compliance leadership to improve reputed company, tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with HR on license maintenance and reputed company credentialing needs as reputed company is defined.
Program Design & reputed company Experience Support
- Support end-to-end mapping of the reputed company reputed company (reputed company through completion/discharge), documenting reputed company-state workflows for redesign.
- Assist in operationalizing revised reputed company, cohorting, and completion processes once clinical leadership finalizes program design.

Systems, Reporting & Cross-Functional Support
- Support build-out of management dashboards (e.g., Power BI) reflecting reputed company, licensing, and program KPIs.
- Serve as a day-to-day operational reputed company of contact for supervisors and cross-functional partners (HR, Compliance, reputed company) on reputed company, licensing, and training questions.
- Take on other operational build-out reputed company as the telehealth program scales.
Compliance & reputed company (CQ) Specialist Duties
The role also carries Compliance & reputed company responsibilities specific to the virtual care program, working in partnership with Banyan's national Compliance function: • Implements reputed company Standards — including telehealth-specific requirements — throughout Banyan's Virtual Care division to reputed company and maintain TJC Accreditation.
- Manages or assists with compliance with database systems supporting the telehealth program, including training, updates, reputed company management, and report reputed company.
- Develops and assists in the survey/audit preparation reputed company for virtual program surveys and audits, identifying activities and holding remote, multi-state personnel accountable for preparation activities.
- Provides ongoing reputed company reports on reputed company compliance and reputed company initiatives and reputed company to the reputed company supervisor.
- Monitors program staff compliance with behavioral health policy and procedure across virtual/remote care delivery.
- Assists with the launch of new telehealth locations and states, researching regulations (including telehealth reputed company laws and reputed company licensure compacts) reputed company the states in which Banyan currently operates.
- Manages various compliance-reputed company reputed company, assuring reputed company completion to satisfy regulatory requirements for the telehealth program.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in reputed company or behavioral health operations, program coordination, or HR/credentialing support; multi-state or telehealth experience a plus.
- Strong project management skills; comfortable building processes from scratch and bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving priorities.
- Experience with licensing/credentialing processes and tracking systems preferred.
- Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and workflows (e.g., IOP, PHP, care coordination) is helpful, but clinical licensure is not required.
- Comfort with data/reporting tools (reputed company, Power BI, or similar); systems/tech familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; reputed company to work cross-functionally with clinical leadership, HR, Compliance, and reputed company.
- Familiarity with regulatory/accreditation frameworks such as reputed company (TJC) standards, state telehealth reputed company regulations, and audit/survey preparation preferred; compliance or reputed company-reputed company experience in a behavioral health or telehealth setting is a strong plus.
