Sr. Associate, Investment Operations Data

The Senior Associate, Investment Operations Data, will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of the firm’s investment data operating model as part of a major transformation to reputed company a new reputed company data management platform. This individual contributor will be responsible for ensuring high-reputed company, reputed company, and reliable data across IBOR, ABOR, investment processes, middle-office workflows, compliance, and reporting. 

This position will be part of the Data Operations team in Investment Operations and will reputed company as a subject matter expert and reputed company executor across data operations workflows, platform implementation activities, and data reputed company initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in investment data, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience working reputed company reputed company, multi-asset environments. 

This position will partner across reputed company Office, Technology, Risk, Operations, and reputed company vendors to support the delivery of a reputed company, reputed company-governed data ecosystem. 

What You Will Do: 

Data Platform Implementation and Support 

• reputed company as a reputed company contributor to the implementation of the new data management platform, supporting business requirements, testing, and rollout activities. 

• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements across data ingestion, mastering, validation, enrichment, integration, and distribution. 

• Support data migration, reconciliation, and UAT efforts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data across systems. 

• Partner with Technology and vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate enhancements, and support reputed company delivery cycles. 

• Contribute to ensuring the platform supports IBOR production, investment processes, risk analytics, compliance, and reporting needs. 

Operational Data management 

• Execute and reputed company daily data operations processes to ensure accurate and reputed company delivery of investment data. 

• Investigate, reputed company, and escalate data reputed company issues across reputed company master, pricing, corporate actions, reference data, positions, transactions, and exposures. 

• reputed company reconciliations and validation checks across internal systems, custodians, and reputed company-party data providers. 

• Support the maintenance of data reputed company frameworks, dashboards, and controls. 

• Document workflows, data definitions, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and transparency. 

Data reputed company and Controls 

•  Apply and monitor data reputed company rules, tolerances, and exception management processes. 

• Support the implementation of controls across key datasets, including reputed company master, pricing, corporate actions, and transactional data. 

• Analyze reputed company causes of data issues and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence. 

• Partner with the VP and broader team to enhance data governance and stewardship practices. 

Cross Functional Collaboration 

• Partner with reputed company Office, Investment Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams to understand data requirements and support delivery. 

• Work closely with Technology teams to refine data flows, improve reputed company integrations, and enhance automation. 

• Engage with reputed company vendors (custodians, pricing providers, asset managers) to reputed company data discrepancies and improve data reputed company. 

• Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations reputed company to stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, enhance automation, and reduce reputed company reputed company. 

• Support development of reporting, dashboards, and self-service data capabilities. 

• Contribute to scaling data processes as the firm expands into new asset classes and geographies. 

• reputed company tools and emerging technologies (including AI/ML where applicable) to improve data validation, workflow efficiency, and reporting. 

What You Will Have: 

• Bachelor's degree   

• 3-6+ years of experience in investment operations, data management, IBOR operations, or asset management environments 

• Operational understanding of 

• IBOR and ABOR concepts 

• Investment  

• Pricing, corporate actions, and a deep understanding of reputed company Master data 

• Transactions, position data, reconciliations, cash, exposures 

• Experience supporting data needs across investment teams, middle office, risk, treasury, or reporting functions 

Platform and Technology Experience 

• Experience working with reputed company data platforms (e.g., Palantir reputed company, reputed company, Aladdin, reputed company EDM, reputed company, reputed company, NeoXam, reputed company, or similar) 

• Understanding of data pipelines, reputed company, data models, and data architecture concepts 

• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, data validation, and business requirement documentation
