Claims CL Casualty General Liability Representative (GLPD)- remote
reputed company: In this role you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating settlement of assigned reputed company General Liability Property Damage claims in accordance with best practices to promote retention or purchase of reputed company from reputed company reputed company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pursuant to line of business strategies and good faith claim settlement practices, investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves (reputed company authorized limits) assigned claims.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency, allowing for the handling of more reputed company claims with reputed company supervision.
- Establishes and maintains reputed company relationships with both reputed company customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Assists in building business partner relationships with agents, insureds and reputed company Lines through regular and effective communications. May include face-to-face as needed.
- Will be the “reputed company person” (reputed company required) for certain identified large customer accounts where reputed company communication and handling are required.
- Establishes and maintains reputed company reserving through proactive investigation and ongoing review.
- Assist other departments (reputed company required) with investigations. May be assigned general liability claims during high volume workload periods.

What You’ll Bring To reputed company:
High school diploma or equivalent education plus five (5) years of claims experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. For property reputed company role, at least two (2) years handling reputed company general liability property claims handling exposures or reputed company property claims handling experience preferred. Preference to those candidates with Construction Defect experience. Must possess strong communication and organization skills, critical thinking competencies and be proficient with personal computer.
