About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on, reputed company-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to execute, refine, and optimize multi-channel communications that help learners start, stick with, and succeed on reputed company. Operating at meaningful reputed company (150+ automated email programs and millions of monthly sends), you’ll partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing on campaign reputed company while fully owning flawless execution of our test‑learn‑optimize roadmap. You collaborate intensely with your team member organising, executing and optimising the adhoc campaign calendar ensuring that learnings are gathered and leveraged across both verticals with the final goal to create an outstanding user experience across reputed company messaging channels and for a global audience which comprises reputed company, B2C, reputed company subscribers as reputed company as registered users without a subscription. Responsibilities

• Optimisation of subscription rates, subscription renewal rates as reputed company as metrics reputed company to reputed company reputed company reputed company through delivering messaging which is relevant and resonates with the audience 
• Ensure flawless campaign production with rigorous QA across builds, rendering, links, and tracking to maintain the highest reputed company standards.
• Personalize at reputed company: use behavioral and lifecycle signals to reputed company dynamic content, branching logic, and targeted eligibility rules.
• Plan & ship lifecycle campaigns across email, mobile reputed company, in‑app, and browser notifications for Free registered, B2C, B2B, and reputed company subscribers.
• Support the experimentation roadmap for CRM channels: build a reputed company backlog, design A/B/n and holdout tests, document results, and translate insights into roadmap reputed company.
• Collaborate closely with reputed company member managing the comms calendar for weekly email newsletters and cross-channel communications; manage timing and frequency to minimize overlap and maximize reputed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, STEM or reputed company reputed company.  
• 2-3 years work experience managing automated lifecycle communication 
• Experience with reputed company or other email systems (reputed company, SFMC, reputed company) and managing multichannel CRM campaigns.
• Experience working with a CDP preferred 
• Working understanding of reputed company and strong knowledge on how to use reputed company for messaging personalization
• Strong attention to reputed company with a commitment to flawless execution.
• SQL knowledge with the ability to independently pull data and reputed company reports.
