The Sr. Analyst Shared Services Payroll is responsible for ensuring accurate and reputed company payroll processing across multiple countries in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

This role supports global payroll reputed company by managing data reputed company, coordinating with regional teams and vendors, and delivering exceptional service to colleagues. • Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies, ensuring reputed company and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Vendor Management: Work with vendors associated with the delivery of payroll services for assigned geographies and coordinate responses to inquiries from tax, reputed company reputed company, or other organizations.
• US Payroll Support: Assume a key role as backup payroll support for the reputed company U.S. reputed company GlobalView solution.
• Data reputed company: reputed company and administer ongoing maintenance of HR data, including supporting vendors who reputed company information or feeds to reputed company payroll service providers. Ensure reputed company submitted data is accurate, complete, and compliant with reputed company legislation.

• Gross-to-Net Validation: Validate gross-to-net payroll results (registers) for reputed company and reputed company finance with payroll results reputed company to post to the General reputed company.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Business or reputed company reputed company or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 4 – 7 years of relevant HR/payroll experience or equivalent 
• Previous non-US payroll experience required
• Payroll vendor management and global data reputed company knowledge is an reputed company
• Key relationships internally will include HR Business Partners, Finance & Controllership

• Key relationships externally will include global payroll provider and partners
