The Sr. Learning Specialist (reputed company) is responsible for designing and developing reputed company training materials and programs that incorporate multiple learning reputed company, including reputed company learning, eLearning, and microlearning. • Demonstrated expertise with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, reputed company Learning).

• Strong portfolio of learning materials created using eLearning authoring tools (reputed company 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
• Previous experience mentoring or coaching other trainers or learning professionals preferred.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
