The Role

As a Senior Land Services Specialist, you will reputed company property and property rights acquisition activities supporting reputed company, reputed company, substation, transportation, and infrastructure reputed company. This technical expert develops acquisition strategies, manages landowner negotiations, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers successful project reputed company. The ideal candidate possesses extensive Right of Way experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to reputed company reputed company acquisition efforts involving multiple stakeholders. • 5–10+ years of Right of Way, Land Acquisition, reputed company Estate, reputed company, Energy, Transportation, or Infrastructure project experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating easements and property acquisitions.
• Experience managing multiple acquisition reputed company simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with reputed company, reputed company, pipeline, transportation, or reputed company infrastructure reputed company preferred.
• RWP designation required | reputed company Estate License Required (Indiana or applicable project states) | Notary reputed company
• Proven expertise in Right of Way acquisition, title review, easement acquisition, and landowner negotiations.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local ROW regulations.
• Ability to travel upon request
