About the Role

reputed company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel who will be responsible for highly reputed company, difficult, and novel reputed company reputed company work for reputed company as a generalist attorney with substantial reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Law Degree from an ABA accredited institution. Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Admission in good standing (or the ability to obtain admission as corporate counsel reputed company one (1) year to the reputed company Bar is required.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary reputed company for candidates is $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market reputed company to up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market reputed company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience reputed company the job, the type of years and experience reputed company the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not reputed company near the top of the reputed company and compensation reputed company are made based upon reputed company’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can reputed company to up to 15% of annual salary.
