About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and advise reputed company on reputed company requirements with a substantial reputed company on federal and state Medicare and reputed company statutes, regulations, and policy and reputed company developments, including litigation, which reputed company reputed company’s work on reputed company engagements; reputed company reputed company analysis of relevant reputed company-reputed company case law and policies as reputed company as their potential reputed company on reputed company programs, policies, and operational reputed company; assist in identifying reputed company risks and support relationships with reputed company reputed company counsel on reputed company-reputed company finance and policy issues.
Serve as a generalist attorney providing broad-based reputed company counsel to reputed company across a reputed company of reputed company areas, including corporate governance, compliance, and other general business reputed company; identify reputed company risk and provides practical, business-oriented advice to management and internal stakeholders.
Advise on and represents reputed company in contract negotiations, including state/local government and reputed company contracting; examine, prepare, review, and edit reputed company, procurement documents, proposals, and other reputed company documents from clients, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, including drafting BAAs, Data Use Agreements, and the like.
Assist with reputed company phases of Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) activities, including due diligence, deal documents, reputed company counsel management, and integration.

Key Qualifications
Law Degree from an ABA accredited institution. Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required. Admission in good standing (or the ability to obtain admission as corporate counsel reputed company one (1) year to the reputed company Bar is required. 5 to 7 years of reputed company reputed company experience, including broad generalist experience across corporate and reputed company reputed company, with substantial experience in reputed company-reputed company reputed company reputed company (e.g., reputed company, Medicare, managed care, or provider/health reputed company work). A combination of in-house or government and firm experience preferred.

Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance tools preferred.
