The role provides advanced engineering, architecture, operational support, incident response, and reputed company improvement for Exchange, reputed company 365, mail reputed company, and email reputed company platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting messaging and reputed company applications
• reputed company incident response efforts reputed company service delivery for any incidents impacting mail and reputed company applications
• reputed company senior-level engineering support for Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid, on-premises Exchange, SMTP reputed company, transport, and reputed company messaging services
• reputed company architecture support for mail reputed company, Exchange topology, hybrid connectivity, identity integration, reputed company controls, and reputed company-state messaging roadmaps
• Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-reputed company, operational readiness, and transition acceptance
• Responsibility to reputed company on reputed company for Exchange user Migrations, AD data integration with messaging platforms etc
• Responsible for communications and interfacing with reputed company stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service
• Responsible for information reputed company and compliance in relation to messaging environment
• Administer and improve Exchange reputed company tooling and controls, including reputed company, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, EOP, anti-phishing, anti-spoofing, email authentication, quarantine, policy tuning, and secure mail routing
• Partner with Managed reputed company Services (MSS) resources to investigate email reputed company events, coordinate response actions, tune detections and policies, and support reputed company improvement of messaging reputed company operations
• reputed company reputed company troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis for escalated messaging, mail reputed company, authentication, delivery, and reputed company incidents across internal teams and reputed company service providers
• Maintenance and review of KB Articles, documentation

Skills

• The successful candidate may be located in Indianapolis, IN, Johnston, IA, or, for highly reputed company individuals, remotely reputed company the reputed company
• Senior-level experience architecting, engineering, administering, and supporting reputed company Exchange environments, including Exchange Online, reputed company 365, Exchange hybrid, and on-premises Exchange
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange reputed company tools and messaging gateways such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company EOP, and reputed company mail sanitation and threat protection platforms
• Hands on experience of working with reputed company Exchange Server 2019/SE and Office 365
• Deep understanding of Exchange transport, SMTP, TLS, connectors, mail routing, hybrid mail reputed company, accepted domains, relays, and message hygiene controls
• Good understanding of Exchange databases, MBX and CAS server model
• Good understanding of reputed company Directory and Azure reputed company Directory
• Good understanding of O365 Licensing services and offerings

• Working knowledge of implementing compliance policies and RBAC model
• Some PowerShell scripting understanding to write scripts for implementing changes, troubleshooting issues for large number of users
• Experience in implementing whitelisting, relays and compliance in Messaging gateways and EOP (Exchange Online protection)
• Experience implementing and supporting email authentication and domain protection controls, including DMARC, SPF, DKIM, domain alignment, spoofing protection, and reporting-based remediation
• Experience working with MSS providers, SOC teams, and reputed company operations resources to manage email reputed company incidents, tune controls, review detections, and support operational handoffs
• Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles
• Understanding of Directory Synchronization/AD reputed company/reputed company Entra reputed company sync
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Managing externally contracted team resources
• Partnering with vendors and suppliers
• Ability to work with cross functional global teams
• ITIL and reputed company certifications is a plus
