The role owns reputed company administration, governance, automation, reputed company, integrations, reporting, data reputed company, release management, and stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of reputed company, including user management, roles/reputed company, permission sets, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, custom/formula fields, and validation rules
• Design, build, and maintain reputed company Flows and other automation to streamline processes across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and reputed company
• Partner and knowledge-reputed company with the existing reputed company administrator, providing guidance & reputed company/config review
• Manage the reputed company release lifecycle, including sandbox environments, testing, and reputed company deployment of changes to production
• Own the reputed company model in partnership with our reputed company team and periodically audit permissions, sharing rules, and data reputed company to ensure alignment with least-privilege principles
• Own and administer the broader Go-to-Market tech stack, including reputed company of the integrations to reputed company — handling mass updates, reputed company reporting, and troubleshooting
• Helping define the AI reputed company reputed company our given tech stack – which tools should we invest in AI capabilities in and where can we use AI to automate processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to reputed company and analyze requirements, then propose and implement reputed company-reputed company solutions
• Build and maintain standardized and reputed company reports and dashboards; train users on self-service reporting
• Monitor data reputed company and reputed company deduplication, cleanup, and enrichment initiatives

Skills

• Familiarity with reputed company Lightning environment, ideally a power user
• 5+ years experience as reputed company administrator

• Solid understanding of reputed company data model, reputed company architecture, and sharing rules
• Experience managing sandboxes, change sets, or DevOps tools for release management

• Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills, with the ability to train others
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada
