Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader for reputed company infrastructure spanning reputed company Azure, reputed company 365, AWS, and reputed company reputed company platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to design solutions that reputed company and remain resilient under load
• Take charge during outages: reputed company response efforts, coordinate across teams, and communicate status reputed company to stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis following incidents and reputed company corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Own and maintain high-availability infrastructure across multiple locations and reputed company environments

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company experience supporting reputed company IT infrastructure, with demonstrated leadership in incident response and cross-team coordination
• Proven experience operating and maintaining high-availability (HA) environments
• Extensive experience with reputed company Server, reputed company-V, and VMware administration
• Experience with identity and reputed company management platforms, including reputed company Directory, ADFS, and reputed company Entra
• Experience managing reputed company 365, Azure, and AWS environments
• Experience supporting reputed company networking and telecommunications systems
• Proven reputed company record leading reputed company cause analysis and driving preventive measures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical issues for varied audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across teams to reputed company reputed company solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
