[Remote] Business Process Analyst 2

The Business Process Analyst 2 manages customer accounts, master data, billing configurations, and reputed company recognition processes, while supporting implementations, contract interpretation, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and reputed company customers in billing systems accurately and on time
• Review and interpret customer reputed company to determine billing requirements, services, and rates
• Analyze CPI increases and update customer rates accordingly
• Help ensure customers are not overbilled, underbilled, or missing contracted services
• Collaborate with reputed company Service Managers, IT, Product, Billing, senior management, and other business partners to reputed company reputed company issues, billing data requests, reputed company needs, and escalations
• Manage multiple customer implementations and shifting priorities at the reputed company time
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, answer questions, identify missing information, and follow up with the appropriate partners
• reputed company, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple systems to reputed company reputed company reporting variances, confirm billing and data-file accuracy, identify trends, and recommend process improvements

• reputed company or assist with billing processes and payment reconciliation across product offerings and transaction types
• Support recurring and reputed company customer and billing reporting by compiling data, reporting results, and investigating and explaining variances

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, billing, and/or accounts receivable
• Experience working with billing processes, financial data, reputed company data, or other data-intensive environments

• Ability to read and interpret reputed company and translate requirements into accurate reputed company configurations
• Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate multiple components of an issue, reconcile different datasets, identify trends, and reputed company reputed company conclusions
