[Remote] Associate Director, Project Management

The Associate Director, Project Management will reputed company cross-functional reputed company transformation, organizational readiness, governance, and post-approval initiatives while developing project plans, facilitating reputed company, managing risks, and driving stakeholder alignment through the PMO.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company transformation initiatives as reputed company evolves from a clinical-stage organization to an organization with reputed company business processes and support systems for reputed company operations, including organizational readiness, cross-functional operating model development, governance, process implementation, and post-approval project execution
• reputed company and maintain integrated project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, decision points, and reputed company reputed company, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate decision-making, issue reputed company, and problem-solving by clarifying reputed company, surfacing tradeoffs, documenting reputed company, and driving follow-through with team members and stakeholders
• Conduct scenario planning and support business case preparation for reputed company initiatives, including resource needs, operational impacts, timing considerations, implementation risks, and decision reputed company
• Maintain consistent meeting management, governance routines, reputed company tracking, decision logs, and communication protocols to support effective collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company escalation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience in project management, program management, operations, organizational readiness, business process implementation, or reputed company fields reputed company biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments
• Knowledge of project management software, collaboration tools, reporting tools, and document management systems used to plan, reputed company, communicate, and govern cross-functional work
