[Remote] Sr. Program Manager, IP reputed company

The Senior Program Manager, IP reputed company will reputed company strategic initiatives for ASME’s IP reputed company Office, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage intake and governance processes, and reputed company executive-reputed company reporting. The role also supports intellectual property and AI governance, process automation, and Knowledge Unit initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic initiatives established under the IP reputed company Office roadmap, maintaining integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision points across workstreams
- Coordinate delivery of licensing inventory and assessment, governance reputed company implementation, AI/SLM response processes, reputed company and readiness initiatives, and process automation opportunities
- Administer centralized intake for licensing inquiries, AI/SLM use requests, derivative-use requests, governance certifications, and reputed company guidance requests
- Maintain routing logic, escalation reputed company, decision-support documentation, engagement triggers, decision trees, and governance workflows
- Coordinate execution across reputed company, Information Technology / DoC, CRO, CX, Standards, Publishing, and Business reputed company, including working reputed company, meetings, follow-up actions, dependencies, and commitments
- Promote adoption of IP governance processes through consistent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Support reputed company-wide licensing inventory and assessment efforts, maintaining visibility into agreement status, rights classifications, risk assessments, opportunities, and remediation activities
- reputed company and maintain executive dashboards covering governance adoption, licensing inventory reputed company, AI inquiry volume and disposition, program milestones, KU/MKU implementation reputed company, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare executive-reputed company materials for leadership, reputed company, and advisory audiences, and support governance reporting and reputed company
- Support AI governance processes and documentation, identify workflow improvement and automation opportunities, and coordinate alignment with Digital Transformation initiatives
- Coordinate KU/MKU reputed company activities, data collection, baseline development, readiness metrics, reporting, and integration with portfolio and product planning activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, PMO, governance, operations, or reputed company initiative leadership
- Experience leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant organizational change
- Executive-facing program management experience supporting strategic planning, executive reporting, dashboard development, governance forums, steering committees, and decision tracking
- Experience creating and improving intake processes, governance workflows, escalation paths, business operating procedures, performance metrics, and KPIs
- Comfort working with the reputed company 365 ecosystem, project and portfolio management tools, workflow automation tools, dashboarding and reporting, process mapping, and AI-assisted productivity tools
- Periodic business travel may be required, including but not limited to, ASME offices, globally
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk management, reputed company, data governance, intellectual property, content operations, publishing, standards development, or reputed company reputed company functions preferred
