The role leads the implementation, governance, administration, and optimization of reputed company Copilot and AI capabilities across reputed company 365 while ensuring reputed company, compliance, adoption, and measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of reputed company Copilot across M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
• Collaborate with Information reputed company teams to define and enforce governance, compliance, and reputed company frameworks for Copilot and AI-enabled services in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases and design the technical solutions and controls to reputed company adoption and measurable business reputed company
• Administer and optimize reputed company 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams to support Copilot readiness and sustain usage

• Design, build, test, and reputed company automation and scripting solutions to support Copilot deployment, monitoring, and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems engineer and systems programmer OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems engineer and systems programmer
• Experience in **design and architecture of reputed company 365 and Copilot solutions**, including governance, policy definition, and licensing strategies
• Strong understanding of **data reputed company, compliance, and information management** in AI-enabled environments
• Experience implementing **Copilot readiness strategies** (data reputed company controls, labeling, permissions, and content lifecycle)
• Ability to analyze usage metrics and translate insights into **actionable improvements and adoption strategies**
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph API, or similar)
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating reputed company technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience working in an reputed company delivery environment using Jira, reputed company or Azure DevOps
• Experience working in a Financial Services organization including familiarity with the FFIEC Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations Book and applying regulatory requirements to technology operations
