The role bridges clinical and administrative stakeholders with technical development teams by configuring reputed company, translating workflows into reputed company setups, writing user stories, and supporting platform optimization and testing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the reputed company platform, including custom intake flows, e-sign policy forms, electronic charting templates, and automated reputed company reputed company sequences
• Set up multi-provider scheduling rules, custom appointment types, and calendar availability constraints
• Configure role-based user permissions, reputed company reputed company reputed company, and team member hierarchies to reputed company patient and business data

Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Configuration Manager
• 2+ years of experience specifically reputed company digital health, telehealth, or clinical reputed company environments
• 2+ years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with the reputed company EMR platform
• 3+ years of experience writing detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance reputed company in reputed company tools like Jira or reputed company
