[Remote] Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement and subcontract management across material and service purchasing, sourcing, and corporate partner agreements. The role develops and manages procurement agreements, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, maintains procurement reporting, and advances cost optimization and operational efficiency through data analysis, automation, and reputed company tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for contract terms, renewals, and service-level commitments

Skills

• Equivalent Education
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or an equivalent functional area
• 5 + years Experience in procurement, indirect sourcing, supply chain or a similar role
• License N/A
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, procurement data, and reporting tools
• Experience negotiating or administering indirect corporate agreements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interactions
• Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements in government contracting environments
• Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending, reaching, and lifting
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS procurement requirements is preferred
• Experience managing reputed company and indirect purchases of materials and services is preferred
• Experience using ERP and procurement systems, such as reputed company, JAMIS, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company, is preferred
• Experience analyzing supply chain data using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools is preferred
