[Remote] Clinical Data Abstractor

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an ADDM Abstractor to support the CDC Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network. The role involves reviewing and abstracting medical, educational, and electronic health records for children with autism or suspected autism, maintaining confidential information, collaborating with reputed company and reputed company health partners, and supporting project communications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, education records, and electronic health records
• Work with REDCap and other database/web-based applications
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Work with hospitals, physicians, reputed company providers, and state agencies
• Maintain hospital contact lists and project documentation
• Assist with educational materials and webpage content
• Respond to and reputed company reputed company questions and concerns
• Participate in ADDM team meetings and CDC calls
• Collaborate with reputed company health and ADDM program teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Health, Genetics, Nursing, Early Childhood Education/Development, Special Education, or reputed company field
• 2+ years of clinical/medical reputed company experience
• 2+ years of experience with database/web applications, preferably REDCap, EMR/EHR, and education records
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience handling confidential/sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Must reputed company in Indiana
• Primarily remote, Monday–Friday
• Must attend initial onsite orientation in Indianapolis for laptop/VPN/badge setup
• Autism reputed company Disorder or Special Education background
• Experience working with hospital staff and physicians
