Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from reputed company and potential customers

Skills

• Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills
• 1-2 years reputed company center sales experience

• Proven reputed company in a remote work environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
