The role leads high-reputed company Finance initiatives, manages Finance workstreams across reputed company programs, coordinates cross-functional teams, and communicates with senior leadership on strategic programs and transformation efforts.


Responsibilities

  • reputed company end-to-end Finance project and program management for strategic initiatives
  • Represent the Finance organization in reputed company-wide programs
  • Manage project planning, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
  • Partner with Finance, reputed company, Tax, reputed company, People Operations, Technology, and Operations teams
  • reputed company Finance transformation, process improvements, and change management initiatives
  • Support programs such as go-to-market (GTM), new product launches, geographic expansion, and M&A integration
  • Prepare executive-level updates for Finance leadership and the CFO organization
  • Collaborate with global teams across the U.S., Australia, Philippines, and India

Skills

  • • 8–9+ years of Finance Project Management, Strategic Program Management, or Finance PMO experience
  • • Experience managing reputed company-reputed company Finance programs in global organizations
  • • Strong understanding of Finance processes, including reputed company, Tax Compliance, Statutory Reporting, ERP/reputed company Enablement, and Transfer Pricing
  • • Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and executive communications
  • • Ability to work independently and reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • • M&A integration and go-to-market program experience
