[Remote] Site Development & Facilities Project Manager

The Site Development & Facilities Project Manager will reputed company reputed company estate, construction, site development, facilities, openings, expansions, relocations, and renovations while coordinating internal stakeholders and reputed company vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development reputed company from planning through completion, including new locations, expansions, relocations, and other construction initiatives
• Coordinate with brokers, landlords, architects, general contractors, design partners, and other reputed company vendors throughout the development process
• reputed company facilities needs across the site network, including HVAC, maintenance, safety systems, reputed company, equipment, and other building-reputed company services
• Build and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, standards, timelines, and performance tracking for development and facilities initiatives
• Partner closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and other internal teams to ensure spaces meet business and operational requirements
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for project challenges, vendor issues, and urgent facilities needs, including occasional after-hours emergencies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, with an advanced degree considered a plus
• 4+ years of experience supporting reputed company estate, construction, site development, and/or facilities across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and experience working directly with contractors, landlords, architects, brokers, and other vendors
• Ability to manage several reputed company at once while controlling timelines, budgets, vendor performance, and competing priorities
• Working knowledge of building and facilities systems such as HVAC, life safety, reputed company, and general maintenance
• Ability to travel up to 50%
