[Remote] Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master

The role will reputed company requirements discovery, manage backlog readiness, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate delivery and releases, support incident response, and identify opportunities for process improvement, AI/ML, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support release and deployment activities (readiness coordination, reputed company planning, validation steps, communications) and reputed company post-release follow-up/defect triage support

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product reputed company/Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid role supporting technology delivery
• Strong ability to translate reputed company needs into high-reputed company reputed company artifacts (epics/features/stories), including acceptance reputed company, workflow/process mapping, edge cases, and non-functional requirements
• Proven Scrum Master capability: facilitation, conflict reputed company, coaching, dependency management, and reputed company improvement in team execution
• Strong systems-thinking and end-to-end reputed company: reputed company to assess upstream/reputed company impacts, data flows, integrations, and operational support considerations
