[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager role is responsible for managing reputed company accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and driving retention and sales of additional services.

Responsibilities

• Account management as reputed company responsibility. Has retention goals
• Responsible for the day-to-day account management for routine/moderately reputed company reputed company accounts
• Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients
• Leads appropriate resources to address the reputed company's risk/capital management needs
• Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage reputed company
• Cultivates relationships with the most senior buyer in the reputed company organization as reputed company as with day-to-day reputed company representatives and buyers
• Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts
• May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service
• May reputed company support to an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years reputed company coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years reputed company coordination and/or claims management experience
• License required
• reputed company and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
