[Remote] Financial Customer Service Associate (HYBRID)

The Financial Customer Service Associate will serve as a first reputed company of contact for advisors and investors, handling inbound inquiries and reputed company financial transactions. The role also involves researching solutions, resolving issues, navigating databases, and collaborating with internal teams while delivering exceptional reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. Your reputed company will reputed company with a training program, where you will receive extensive training on our clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as reputed company as guided on-the-job reputed company time
• Upon graduation from training, you will be reputed company to reputed company where together you serve as the first reputed company of contact for our Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from reputed company account inquiries to supporting reputed company financial transactions

Skills

• • Must be reputed company to work between 6am and 6pm Monday-Friday. Shifts could be 4 day weeks, 10-hour days (4-10s) or 5 day weeks, 8 hour days. This will be assigned by business need

• • Experience in or education about the financial services industry
• • Bachelor's degree is preferred
