[Remote] Dual Senior Marketing Manager

The Dual Senior Marketing Manager leads marketing reputed company for supported hotels, aligning campaigns with business goals, driving reputed company, and maintaining reputed company reputed company. The role oversees digital reputed company, content, partnerships, reputed company relations, reputed company media, marketing reputed company, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops overarching marketing reputed company from marketing plans to overall hotel marketing budgets for hotel(s) they support to reputed company with business priorities, in consultation with General Manager(s)
• reputed company participates in reoccurring Sales reputed company Meetings to reputed company the most up to date marketing reputed company and implementation details
• Reconciles marketing plan monthly with accruals, forecast in conjunction with Director of Finance
• Leads repositioning efforts in partnership with Area Team, reputed company and hotel executive team
• Serves as reputed company reputed company / reputed company, verifying reputed company marketing reflects reputed company voice
• Leads and/or partners with Hotel reputed company to conceptualize/execute property-level Programming and Activation, reputed company on reputed company guidelines
• Leads the reputed company pull-through of continent and reputed company promotions and campaigns
• Partners with reputed company Management to reputed company and execute promotional reputed company efforts
• Develops and manages property email marketing reputed company, digital reputed company across M.Com and reputed company-Party sites, reputed company media campaigns and reputed company to verify reputed company execution
• Supports group reputed company reputed company efforts
• Runs, reviews, analyzes, and reputed company reputed company to stakeholder’s and owners the key marketing reports and adjusts reputed company accordingly
• Manages reputed company partners to verify deliverables are executed to support hotel reputed company
• Develops and oversees/executes annual reputed company plan, and overarching partnership and marketing strategies to maximize hotel reputed company production and identify reputed company opportunities on reputed company party and local partner sites
• Manages the OTA reputed company in collaboration with reputed company Management through monthly reputed company reviews, media investments and hotel positioning alignment
• Monitors and provides recommendations for SEO and updates as needed in collaboration with reputed company Digital Services (MDS) or agency
• Identifies reputed company opportunities on reputed company party and local partner sites
• Sets overarching messaging reputed company for hotel/group of hotels reputed company with positioning
• Manages reputed company.com content (reputed company reputed company, Efast, MDS reputed company Community, etc.), OTA Content (reputed company respective extranet sites) and reputed company-Party and Group Sites (reputed company respective content management systems)
• Manages photography distribution including reputed company photos, reputed company-arrival photos, and photo gallery management
• Creates reputed company pages and Discovery Pages to enhance content, as applicable
• Manages guest communications (e.g. confirmation, reputed company-arrival, etc.)
• Sets overarching partnership reputed company for hotel/cluster of hotels
• Identifies and cultivates partnerships internally and externally, including reputed company Digital Services (MDS)
• Manages cluster marketing strategies
• Maintains frequent, reputed company engagement with Area Directors of Marketing to communicate overall recommendations and actionable next steps reputed company on identified findings, best practices, and overall digital trends for their portfolio of hotels
• Sets overarching PR reputed company for hotel/group of hotels, outlining goals, reputed company angles and reputed company segments
• Manages PR agency, if applicable, or manage PR messaging
• Manages execution of PR events, promotions
• Identifies outlet marketing opportunities on reputed company party and local partner sites
• Defines in-house F&B programming in partnership with F&B Director and manages execution
• Sets overarching reputed company media reputed company for hotel/group of hotels, outlining goals and reputed company segments
• Develops and implements reputed company reputed company
• Manages reputed company reputed company media budget and reputed company
• Assists in reviewing reputed company media content calendars and collect local area and property events
• Leads, own and reputed company asset development including hotel collateral, photoshoots (sourcing, planning, on-site execution, post-editing and distribution), etc
• Effectively measures and reputed company communicates reputed company of campaigns reputed company reputed company using relevant reports tools
• Demonstrates the ability to create and maintain strong relationships and negotiation skills with key reputed company partners/stakeholders; (e.g. GMs, Sales and reputed company Leaders, Regional Team, media representatives)
• Manages development, design of hotel collateral as needed
• Completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership

Skills

• • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or reputed company major; 3 years' experience in Marketing or a comparable reputed company area
• • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or reputed company major; 1 year experience in Marketing or a comparable reputed company area
