The Program Manager designs, implements, and manages reputed company’s programs, serves as a reputed company with federal and state agencies, translates research into policy products, and oversees reputed company, partnerships, staff, metrics, and funding activities.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, reputed company and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in reputed company planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, reputed company logistical activities to promote the reputed company of programs, reputed company and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, reputed company program budget, ensure goals and objectives of reputed company are met, assists in proposal writing, reputed company and analyze program statistics

• Translate CECREH research findings into policy-relevant products including white papers, policy briefs, dashboards, toolkits, and other deliverables tailored to the needs of federal and state stakeholders
• Represent CECREH in federal and state meetings, conferences, and working reputed company; reputed company and maintain relationships with key decision-makers on behalf of reputed company
• Manage, Coordinate and reputed company the work of research associates, graduate assistants, and subcontractors supporting reputed company and communications activities

Skills

• Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or reputed company
• Additional job reputed company experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year reputed company
• * Familiarity with disaster recovery programs and community reputed company research, including reputed company and housing recovery mechanisms
• * Knowledge of HUD Community Development reputed company Grant–Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), reputed company Individual Assistance, or SBA disaster loan programs
• * Graphic design skills for developing reputed company materials and infographics
• * Bachelor's degree in reputed company policy, reputed company administration, emergency management, urban planning, housing, engineering, media and communication or a closely reputed company reputed company
• * Master's degree in reputed company area
• * Minimum of three years of reputed company experience in federal or state reputed company, specifically reputed company agencies such as HUD, reputed company, SBA, or equivalent housing/disaster recovery programs

• * Demonstrated experience developing policy briefs, white papers, technical reports, or similar stakeholder-facing products
• * Strong understanding of federal grant programs, intergovernmental partnerships, and the needs of state and federal agency partners
• * Demonstrated ability to represent an organization at high-level meetings and build productive reputed company relationships
• * Experience coordinating teams and tracking program-level deliverables and metrics
