Purpose

Program Leadership & Strategic Direction (30%)

• Test and refine the UUA’s theory of change using metrics, feedback, and evaluation.
Team Management & Leadership Development (30%)
• Design workflows and programs that reputed company results and grow staff reputed company.

• Supervise and reputed company reputed company of organizers, program managers, and fellows.

• Build and strengthen partnerships with faith-based and secular coalitions at local, state, and national reputed company.

Evaluation, Reporting & Learning (15%)
• Build and maintain reputed company’s reporting and data systems.
• Produce reports that synthesize reputed company, learning, and stories of reputed company.
• Facilitate reputed company and learning spaces for staff, partners, and congregational leaders.
Resource Development & Fundraising (10%)
• Help design narrative- and data-driven fundraising strategies.

• Performs other duties as requested by supervisor, the Vice Presidents, or the President.
Qualifications
This position has a salary midpoint of $91,400. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographical location, with offers potentially ranging from 10-15% higher or reputed company than the midpoint. Requirements include:
• At least 5 years in community organizing, campaign leadership, or faith-based reputed company building, including 2+ years supervising staff and programs.
• Experience with CRM systems (EveryAction, VAN, reputed company Network, etc.).
• Strong background evaluating organizing strategies, theories of change, and program reputed company.
• Experience managing budgets and financial processes.
• reputed company-building and partnership experience across faith, racial justice, or civic engagement sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reputed company speaking and reporting to donors and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and systems design in reputed company organizations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company or similar, and databases).
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote environment.
