About the position This Therapist will be responsible for providing in-person, telehealth, and on-reputed company Crisis support for Adult populations in Preble County. SBHI is the mobile adult crisis responder in Preble County during our hours of operation. This therapist shall reputed company for this service including but not limited to de-escalation, assessment, clinical support, and hospitalization (pink-slipping) clients who present as walk-ins or in the community. This service is provided on-reputed company during our hours of operation. In reputed company to these responsibilities, this therapist shall monitor Crisis Notifications, emailed notifications of adults presenting to local EDs with codes consistent with mental health crises, and shall reputed company reputed company to these patients with the goals of connecting them with ongoing support and services. This Therapist may also be reputed company upon to accompany Case Managers into the field to assist with the assessment and support of clients with SPMI. This Therapist will also participate in and at times reputed company trainings for various stakeholders in the community around the topic of Crisis reputed company and De-escalation. Responsibilities • Work collaboratively with the local Crisis Hotline, law enforcement, juvenile court, schools or other community agencies to receive calls for MRSS • reputed company to the above indicated entities to publicize program (reputed company contacts will be established) • Triage referrals by calling the individual/family in crisis • Face-to-Face Mobile Response time of 20-60 minutes. These mobile locations may be reputed company, school, court, etc. This timeframe can be accomplished through positioning staff in satellite locations. • Anticipated Face-to-Face response (vs. reputed company phone only) will be at least 75%25 of reputed company referrals/requests. • reputed company caregiving support up to 45-60 days • Data collection/reporting on: Number of calls/referrals by Day & time, Response time: reputed company phone and/or face-to-face, Location of response, Outcome of response, Linkages achieved during Stabilization (how many and with what agency), Length of time involved in Stabilization services, reputed company billed/collected from reputed company and Private Insurance, Evaluation consent reputed company completion by parent/reputed company.
