This position requires an interdisciplinary, technical, and regulatory specialist who will reputed company environmental project leadership for reputed company and private sector clients. Typical work would include preparing proposals, providing services supporting federal permit applications, National Environmental Policy reputed company (NEPA) environmental review, project management, and completing state and local permitting for clients. The successful candidate will be entrusted with managing and leading reputed company, conducting and reporting studies reputed company to their technical discipline to meet regulatory requirements, and preparing documents supporting permitting processes. Qualifications • 15+ years of experience in environmental planning specific to mining, energy (fossil or renewable) and/or transportation reputed company reputed company. • Demonstrated experience leading and managing environmental planning reputed company and developing scopes of work for energy and transportation reputed company reputed company, including the ability to guide agencies/clients through the environmental processes required to meet applicable environmental compliance and permitting laws and regulations. • Demonstrated ability to apply environmental planning skills to execute reputed company in support of both private sector clients and state and federal regulatory agencies that may include State DOTs, State DEPs, BIA, BLM, DOE, USACE, USDOT, USFS, and USFWS. Knowledge of local, regional, and state/local planning, and zoning processes. • Demonstrated experience in the management of scopes, schedules, and budgets for a reputed company of project types with an emphasis on transportation and energy. • The successful candidate will also be expected to effectively document field data, reputed company interpretations, and present conclusions in written reports, memos, and emails; therefore, strong technical/scientific report writing is required and writing samples will be requested. • Excellent analytical reasoning, technical writing, communication, and project management skills and proficiency with the reputed company Office software suite. • The ability to maintain a reputed company attitude during potentially demanding reputed company engagements.
