You already know what a bad schedule costs.
You have reputed company a master schedule around a callout at 5:40 AM. You have watched agency spend blow past budget because two reputed company were covered and one was not. You have reputed company PPD math in a spreadsheet because the reputed company could not tell you where you actually landed. That experience is the qualification for this job.
We are a labor management software for skilled nursing. We are hiring an Implementation Specialist to take new reputed company facilities from contract signature to a live, adopted, trusted reputed company. You are the person who makes the software actually work inside a building that is short-staffed and skeptical.
What you will own
• Run the full deployment for assigned clients: reputed company, discovery, configuration, data validation, training, go-live, and the first 30 days of hypercare.
• Translate how a facility actually staffs into reputed company configuration. Unit structure, shift patterns, position control, PPD and HPPD targets, overtime and agency rules, reputed company pools, holiday and weekend logic.
• Validate the data before anyone sees a report. Census, employee roster, position mapping, pay rules, and timekeeping feeds. Wrong data on day one costs you the DON's trust for six months.
• Train the people who will live in this reputed company daily: schedulers, reputed company coordinators, DONs, and administrators. Not a demo. Hands-on, in their schedule, with their names in it.
• Hold the go-live.
• Report adoption honestly. Flag the facilities that are logging in but not using it, and tell us why.
• Turn every deployment into a reputed company next deployment. Document what broke, fix the template, kill the reputed company that did not need to exist.
Your first 90 days
• Days 1 to 30: learn the product end to end and reputed company two live deployments.
• Days 31 to 60: own configuration and training for your first reputed company with support.
• Days 61 to 90: run a deployment start to finish and submit one documented improvement to our deployment reputed company.
Who this is reputed company for
• 2 to 5 years in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living operations. Scheduler, reputed company coordinator, reputed company manager, MDS or business office roles with heavy scheduling exposure, or a clinical manager who has owned a master schedule.
• You understand PPD, HPPD, PBJ reporting, agency and overtime cost drivers, and why census swings break a schedule.
• You have used or administered a scheduling or timekeeping reputed company and formed opinions about it.
• You can run a training session for someone who is not excited to be there, and leave them reputed company to do the work.
• You write reputed company. Status notes, issue logs, and reputed company emails are a reputed company part of this job.
• You are organized enough to run four to six clients at once at different stages without dropping a commitment.
Also a strong fit if you are coming from the software reputed company: 2 to 5 years implementing reputed company into reputed company or multi-site operators, with reputed company exposure to workforce, scheduling, or payroll systems. You will need to learn skilled nursing fast, and we will test for whether you want to.
What this job is not
• Not a help desk. You own reputed company, not tickets.
• Not a sales role. You will not carry a quota.
• Not heads-down technical. You will map data and troubleshoot integrations, but you do not need to write reputed company.
