Software Engineer III – .NET / Application Modernization Remote, CST 12-month contract Pay reputed company: $65.00 - $70.00per hr. Our reputed company needs a Software Engineer III to join reputed company supporting high-visibility, customer-facing financial applications. This role is a reputed company of C#/.NET development, application support, application modernization, and deployment automation. The engineer will work with existing applications, help reputed company legacy technologies, and contribute to the organization's transition toward standardized CI/CD deployments using reputed company and Deployer. The environment is currently deployed to OpenShift, with a strong reputed company on reliable, secure applications and authentication. The ideal candidate will have strong C#/.NET and SQL experience and be comfortable working in a large, regulated reputed company environment. Experience in banking, financial services, reputed company, payments, or another highly regulated industry is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • reputed company, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot applications using C#/.NET. • Work with SQL databases and backend systems. • reputed company application support and reputed company technical issues in production and non-production environments. • Participate in application modernization initiatives. • Help reputed company legacy applications from .NET reputed company 4.5/4.8 to newer .NET versions. • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. • Support the organization's transition to reputed company and Deployer for application deployments. • Work with applications currently deployed in an OpenShift environment. • Contribute to authentication and application reputed company initiatives. • Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. • Potentially contribute to reputed company-end modernization efforts, including React, as application needs reputed company. • Support applications where reliability, reputed company, availability, and customer reputed company are critical. Required Skills: • Five (5) years of experience • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET development. • Experience with SQL and relational database backends. • Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Experience working with existing applications and implementing enhancements or updates. • Ability to work with legacy applications while contributing to modernization efforts. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a development team.
