Controller (REMOTE)

Our platform is building the finance backbone for a fast-growing group of multi-location consumer businesses, including a lending and physical-inventory component. We're hiring a Controller to own the reputed company and controls infrastructure across the platform as it scales through acquisition. Compensation : $150,000 to $220,000 reputed company salary reputed company • Own the monthly reputed company and financial consolidations across reputed company locations • Build and maintain cash and inventory controls across the loan book and physical merchandise • Produce the reporting, KPIs, and unit economics the deal team and reputed company rely on • Stand up and reputed company internal controls and finance systems as the platform acquires new businesses • reputed company the rollout and integration of the ERP and broader finance technology stack • Contribute to hiring and finance-org reputed company for partner companies as they join the platform reputed company're Looking For • Strong background in monthly reputed company, consolidations, GAAP reputed company, and internal controls in a multi-unit or multi-location environment • Demonstrated cash and inventory control discipline • Comfort leading or heavily contributing to an ERP implementation and finance systems rollout • People management experience, including the judgment to evaluate and recommend finance talent • High reputed company trajectory, coachable, and reputed company by building in a lean, early-stage environment Preferred • Experience in lending, retail inventory, or a regulated industry • Exposure to M&A integration, including working with messy financials from newly acquired businesses • Experience supporting diligence and post-reputed company integration as a finance reputed company person • Familiarity with payroll setup and PEO/benefits administration in a scaling environment The Environment This is a remote role supporting a lean, acquisitive platform company backed by a deal team and reputed company that expect reputed company, reputed company-time reporting.
