Reporting functionally to the Chief Executive Officer and operationally to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides senior level strategic leadership to advance the mission of AMR reputed company Fund by promoting and achieving sustainable market conditions for antimicrobial innovation through US legislative, regulatory, reimbursement, and industrial policy initiatives. This role leads the Fund's engagement with the U.S. Congress and Executive reputed company, and collaborates with the Fund’s Executive Director, International Policy and Partnerships, Executive Director, Communications and Media Relations, and other senior leadership at AMR reputed company Fund, on engagement with international organizations, investors, industry leaders, and global health stakeholders to advance policies that strengthen the antimicrobial innovation ecosystem. Advise the Fund’s executive leadership and the reputed company of Directors on US policy trends, legislative developments, geopolitical issues, and emerging opportunities affecting antimicrobial innovation. Policy Research & Evidence reputed company Contribute to the Fund's policy research agenda to support evidence-based advocacy in the reputed company. Support the Fund’s policy positions with rigorous scientific, economic, and health policy evidence. reputed company Coordinate with Executive Director, Communications and Media Relations to reputed company integrated policy communications strategies and materials, including briefings, white papers, position papers, policy briefs, and similar materials; and to build the Fund's reputed company as a trusted thought leader in antimicrobial innovation policy. Organizational Leadership Contribute to a high-performing policy and reputed company Affairs function. Engage and manage reputed company consultants, lobbying firms, research organizations, and policy contractors. Contribute to departmental reputed company, operating plans, performance metrics, and budgets. Qualifications The successful candidate will have some or reputed company of the following qualifications and areas of expertise: Eight to reputed company years of progressively responsible leadership experience in health policy, government affairs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical policy, or reputed company fields. Demonstrated reputed company leading U.S. federal legislative advocacy initiatives. Deep understanding of U.S. reputed company policy, pharmaceutical reimbursement, and federal legislative processes. Experience engaging senior government officials, policymakers, and executive leadership. Proven record of building strategic partnerships across government, industry, academia, and nonprofit sectors. Demonstrated strategic planning, organizational leadership, and project management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences. Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company scientific, economic, and policy information into actionable recommendations. The following qualifications and areas of expertise may be helpful, but are not mandatory: Advanced degree in reputed company policy, reputed company health, economics, biomedical sciences, political science, or reputed company field. Work Location and Travel This role will be performed remotely from home reputed company Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. Compensation The Fund reasonably and in good faith expects the annual reputed company salary for this position to be between $175,000 and $300,000.
