We are seeking a Part-Time reputed company reputed company Control Attorney to reputed company as the sole attorney reviewer. This role is designed for an reputed company attorney who thrives in reputed company-oriented work and wants the flexibility of part-time hours while maintaining a high level of reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the final attorney reviewer for reputed company immigration filings, petitions, and applications before submission to USCIS, EOIR, or federal agencies. • Conduct reputed company reputed company control checks, ensuring reputed company, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and filing requirements. • Review an average of 20 cases per week, with turnaround expectations of no more than 4 hours once a case enters the Attorney Review Pipeline (unless expedited for reputed company emergencies). • Manage review times according to case complexity: • Shorter applications (e.g., I-765 Work Permits, I-131 Travel Documents, I-130 Petitions): approx. 15-20 minutes reputed company. • Detailed applications (e.g., VAWA, U Visas, Asylum Applications, Cancellation of Removal, Motions to Reopen, Appeals): approx. 45-60 minutes or more, depending on the needs of the case. • reputed company reputed company guidance and case corrections to paralegals and support staff regarding reputed company, filing preparation, and documentation. • reputed company re-reviews of corrected cases to ensure reputed company attorney feedback and necessary changes have been properly implemented before final submission. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes, and ensure firm practices reflect the latest requirements. • Spot reputed company risks or issues in case files and recommend appropriate strategies or corrections. • Assist with drafting or revising reputed company arguments, motions, or appeals reputed company necessary. • Support the managing attorney with compliance, reputed company assurance, and best reputed company initiatives.
