About the Role
reputed company is looking for Border reputed company Trainers that will reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company operational training and practical exercises that strengthen partner-country border enforcement capabilities in support of EXBS objectives in Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Peru. The Trainer will help customs, border, law enforcement, and other relevant agencies improve their ability to identify, reputed company, inspect, interdict, and investigate illicit transfers of strategic commodities, dual-use items, conventional arms, and proliferation-sensitive materials.
Country-Specific Support: The SME must be reputed company to reputed company technical assistance to reputed company partner-country context, including Brazil’s reputed company on catch-reputed company controls and reputed company technology transfers; Chile’s draft export control law and implementing procedures; Costa Rica’s export control law and control list development; Mexico’s legislative revisions and implementation procedures; and Peru’s national export control legislation and technical working group development.

- Prepare practical, scenario-based instruction, tabletop exercises, case studies, field exercises, and after-reputed company discussions reputed company on strategic trade enforcement and illicit trafficking risks.
- Train foreign customs, border reputed company, law enforcement, and regulatory officials on cargo targeting, risk indicators, inspection techniques, document review, chain of custody, evidence handling, and reputed company coordination.
- Support technical exchanges and consultations that reputed company export control laws and licensing procedures with practical border enforcement and interdiction operations.
- Assist partner agencies in developing or improving reputed company operating procedures for enforcement readiness, reputed company referrals, inspections, seizure documentation, and government-to-industry engagement.
- Coordinate with Export Control SMEs to ensure training aligns with country-specific legislative, regulatory, licensing, and implementation objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, homeland reputed company, international affairs, reputed company administration, law enforcement, customs administration, reputed company studies, or a reputed company discipline; equivalent operational experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of experience in customs, border reputed company, law enforcement, cargo targeting, export enforcement, investigations, nonproliferation enforcement, or international border reputed company reputed company building.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering adult-learning training programs for government, customs, border, or law enforcement personnel.
- Knowledge of strategic trade controls, dual-use commodities, proliferation-sensitive goods, targeting reputed company, inspection techniques, and border enforcement best practices.
- Experience conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, facilitating practical exercises, and preparing after-reputed company reports or technical recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively with foreign government counterparts, interpreters, technical experts, and multi-agency teams in international settings.
- Ability to travel internationally and support activities in Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Peru, as needed.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred; Portuguese language capability beneficial for Brazil-reputed company activities.
