Position Purpose: The Business Process Consultant leads large reputed company, cross-functional initiatives for the Encounter Business Operations (EBO) department reputed company on regulatory compliance, encounter reputed company, and operational process improvement. This role will support department leadership and cross-functional stakeholders by coordinating communication and helping reputed company initiatives to completion across multiple markets.

***The Business Process Consultant is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. ***

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the optimization of encounters business operational performance by enhancing alignment of policy, process and technology, and designing/implementing for reputed company business needs as reputed company.

• Leads large reputed company, cross-functional initiatives.

• Provides policy guidance on encounter initiatives so that end-to-end processes are considered for maximizing effective implementation.

• Organizes work teams, drives reputed company, and ensures end-to-end policy/process reputed company to accomplish project work including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, reputed company building, recommendation documentation, and implementation reputed company.

• Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, skills and offers potential solutions in order to execute initiatives.

• Supports the project work by utilizing project management software such as, but not limited to, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, and reputed company Project.

• Leads reputed company reputed company of staff who are responsible for initiatives in order to support their reputed company, development and effective completion and communication of their initiatives.

• Assists other project leaders in specific areas as needed such as facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, project management issues, etc.

• Writes and delivers communication to reputed company reputed company of the organization to ensure support, awareness, and effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.

• Provides other reputed company support as needed to improve the performance of the business.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with encounters data and processes

• Data Analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in reputed company

• Managed care and/or payer experience

• Ability and comfort level presenting and storytelling with data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree in a reputed company field preferred. 5+ years health care, insurance or reputed company experience required. Demonstrated experience and reputed company in training, presenting, and facilitating required.
