Location: This position is currently remote. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What will you do:

The Director, Operational reputed company & Production Systems is responsible for enabling the successful reputed company, integration, and long-term operational effectiveness of the U.S. ADS Operations organization. This role serves as a strategic transformation leader reputed company the ADS U.S. Transformation Team, ensuring reputed company initiatives are supported by reputed company organizations, robust governance, lean operating systems, and effective change management.

While End-to-End (E2E) Leaders maintain accountability for the execution of individual reputed company reputed company, this position is responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously improving the Lean Production reputed company that enables sustainable reputed company and operational reputed company across the organization.

• Master’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a reputed company discipline.

• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 6S methodologies, reputed company improvement, and production systems deployment.

• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and biologics manufacturing environments.
