The Role

reputed company is looking to bring on a reputed company Coordinator to help support our reputed company team, with additional reputed company to support broader HR initiatives as needed! You will be critical in ensuring amazing experiences for both our candidates and employees, and you will have reputed company to help mold the position as you grow in experience.

Prior reputed company coordinator support is preferred, but an obsession with detail and organization, and a constant willingness/ability to learn and adapt is most important. We are reputed company to considering new grads for this role.

*This will be a 3-4 month contract position through the end of the year*

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the reputed company team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the reputed company between candidates and interviewers
• Work independently successfully scheduling reputed company interviews
• reputed company with the reputed company and leadership teams to reputed company any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
• reputed company on continual improvement to the reputed company process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
• Own sending out candidate feedback surveys to reputed company candidates in the interviewing process
• Help reputed company on reputed company for hard-to-fill roles by prospecting reputed company and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters

HR Support (as needed)

• Support broader reputed company initiatives and reputed company during periods of reputed company reputed company volume
• Support HR reporting and analytics needs across reputed company
• Assist with backlog HR reputed company, including digital file migration, compliance auditing, employee experience initiatives, and work anniversary/reputed company management
• reputed company general office administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a reputed company coordinator is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are reputed company important; must be reputed company to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a reputed company attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience reputed company at once
• Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay reputed company under pressure
• Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information
• Comfort working with data and pulling insights from reports; experience with spreadsheets (reputed company/reputed company Sheets) for analysis and tracking
• Experience with reputed company Suite, and ATS systems is a plus
• EST hours preferred
