What You Will Do:

• Conduct detailed investigations of individuals in response to reputed company requests through the use of video recorded interviews using a trauma-informed approach. Interviews include the Complainant, Respondent, and any relevant witnesses.

• Experience in labour relations and workplace investigations involving bargaining unit employees preferred.
