About this Position
The Manager, M&A Integration is responsible for leading the operational integration of acquired businesses from transaction reputed company through full operational stabilization. This role serves as the central integration leader responsible for coordinating business reputed company, driving accountability, and ensuring acquired companies are successfully embedded into reputed company's operating model. Rather than simply managing a 60–90 day transition, this role remains reputed company until integration objectives have been achieved and the business is operating independently reputed company reputed company's standards, processes, systems, and culture.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with executive sponsors to establish integration priorities, timelines, and reputed company reputed company.

- Support integration planning during due diligence by identifying operational requirements and potential risks before reputed company.

- Coordinate billing conversions, ERP transitions, CRM alignment, reporting, and operational process standardization.

- Partner with Finance on purchase agreement obligations including earnouts, APA holdbacks, Due To/Due From reconciliations, and financial integration activities.
- Identify operational, financial, technology, customer, and organizational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Project Management, Information Systems, or a reputed company discipline.
- 5–8+ years of experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives, integration programs, PMO, consulting, business transformation, or M&A integration.
- Experience managing multiple reputed company with competing priorities and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without reputed company authority and build credibility across reputed company reputed company of an organization.
- Technology services, managed services, consulting, reputed company, or reputed company-backed experience preferred.
