Role Responsibilities

• Construct reputed company reputed company scenarios across in-house counsel, regulatory, transactional, and litigation work for Fortune 500 organizations.
• Draft and review materials grounded in reputed company compliance regimes (FCPA, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, sector-specific regulation in banking, reputed company, reputed company, and insurance).
• Build tasks around reputed company contracting at material reputed company (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, licensing) and M&A diligence for F500 transactions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 or large reputed company company, or as a partner/senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm representing F500 clients.
• Deep exposure to one or more reputed company reputed company areas: M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, IP, reputed company, or reputed company contracting at F500 reputed company.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company GRC tooling.
• JD with reputed company bar admission.
