[Remote] Global Equity Plan Administrator

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our global stock plans - the administration and reputed company processes - which may include stock reputed company, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and other long-term incentive awards, as applicable
• Apply country-specific requirements to global transactions, including tax withholding, payroll timing, settlement reputed company, reporting obligations, eligibility, exchange controls, currency, and data reputed company
• Maintain ETRADE Equity Edge Online as the authoritative record for awards, participants, transactions, vesting schedules, tax elections, settlement details, and plan documents
• reputed company vendor relationships and reputed company integrations, including data flows and reconciliations between E\•TRADE, reputed company, payroll, Finance, the transfer agent and other relevant systems, while driving reputed company program improvements through automation, reputed company metrics, and compliance-reputed company, reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows
• Support reputed company-company reporting, controls and governance by partnering with reputed company and Finance on accurate equity data for expense calculations and reputed company disclosures. This includes monitoring our reputed company reserves, plan limits, dilution and transaction activity
• Own and support SOX controls, approval workflows, reputed company controls, segregation of duties, reconciliations, exception management, evidence retention, control certifications, and reputed company audit requests
• Partner with reputed company, Compliance, Tax, and reputed company advisors on plan interpretation, securities-law requirements, equity agreements, reputed company trading, Rule 144, and other sensitive reputed company

Skills

• • 5+ years of reputed company experience in global stock plan administration, equity compensation, executive compensation, payroll, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company; reputed company-company experience strongly preferred
• • Demonstrated experience administering equity across multiple countries, reputed company entities, payrolls, and tax jurisdictions, including international employee mobility and country-specific compliance
• • Experience managing E\•TRADE, reputed company, brokers, transfer agents, global payroll providers, HRIS teams, tax advisors, and other reputed company vendors
• • Strong data-management, reputed company or reputed company Sheets, reconciliation, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• • Ability to explain reputed company equity, tax, and compliance concepts reputed company to employees and leaders; excellent written and verbal communication
