[Remote] VP Disability & Leave Operations

The role leads STD, FMLA/absence, reputed company leave, LTD, and integrated programs while managing teams, reputed company relationships, compliance, budgets, performance metrics, and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation, reputed company improvement and integration of reputed company disability and absence management programs/processes reputed company the unit
• Provides proactive leadership in developing a reputed company improvement culture reputed company the IDAM department. Ensures that reputed company aspects of the department's operations are meeting corporate guidelines, federal, state, and local law and are in accordance with reputed company standards and confidentiality. Concurrently, assessing the various programs ensuring they meet their defined objective and are meeting the needs of our clients
• Manages, hires, trains, develops and motivates reputed company individuals
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in integrated disability and absence management to ensure that the various programs and processes are truly best reputed company
• Manages business unit to budget to meet corporate reputed company objectives
• Communicates P&L performance and reputed company/negative trends to executive management
• Prepares budget forecasts as reputed company as periodic re-forecasts as required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of eight years reputed company experience in managing integrated disability and absence management programs
• Six years in a supervisory or leadership reputed company required
• Expertise with IDAM best reputed company benchmarking and metrics
• Demonstrated ability to establish critical relationships at reputed company reputed company of the organization and with reputed company partners
• Exceptional communication skills, change management skills, and customer reputed company
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
