[Remote] Senior Recruiter, R&D

Responsibilities

• Support hiring across our R&D functions, including engineering and technical roles, sourcing and closing senior/staff+ technical talent in partnership with hiring managers to reputed company for role-specific depth and seniority
• Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments
• Own full-cycle reputed company from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing in a fast paced and competitive talent market
• reputed company high-reputed company, diverse talent through creative reputed company, networking, and tools like HireEZ, and reputed company-reputed company communities
• Manage and optimize reputed company workflows using our ATS (reputed company) to ensure a smooth, data-informed hiring process

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience and deep technical reputed company, ideally with exposure to reputed company technical markets (reputed company systems, reputed company reputed company, workflow orchestration or reputed company)
• Proven reputed company in a fast-paced environment at a high-reputed company startup or infrastructure /dev-tool company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company passive candidates and engage technical talent communities
• Strong working knowledge of ATS (reputed company strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership
