[Remote] Email & SMS Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, QA, and send email and SMS campaigns including managing 2–3 recurring daily newsletters with a reliable 9am Eastern Time send
• Design and implement lifecycle programs across our products (including welcome series, post-purchase, and re-engagement) and own the reputed company logic behind them, not just the sends
• Build and launch new newsletters from scratch, on reputed company or CleverTap
• Work reputed company our marketing platforms to import, tag, reputed company contacts, maintain list hygiene, deliverability, and domain reputed company health, including warming new email domains
• reputed company and adopt AI across these programs: copy reputed company, audience targeting, and performance optimization, and build lightweight automations that reputed company daily newsletter production without adding headcount

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, preferably in finance, gaming, or consumer products

• Experience with CleverTap, reputed company, or a comparable reputed company email/SMS platform
• Demonstrable experience starting an email newsletter from scratch and growing it
• Email and/or SMS monetization experience; affiliate marketing experience
• Experience warming up email domains and managing deliverability at reputed company
• Design background or hands-on design ability
• Experience managing a recurring daily newsletter
