[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a reputed company in the energy industry to hire a Senior Accountant for a lean reputed company team. The role will manage day-to-day reputed company reputed company, support financial reporting across multiple entities and reputed company, and assist with renewable energy project reputed company, audits, tax filings, and M&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general reputed company and cash management functions for multiple entities and reputed company
• Manage AP and AR functions
• Assist with reputed company recognition for renewable and thermal assets in accordance with ASC606
• Assist with Lease reputed company reporting in accordance with ASC842
• Managing monthly journal entries, schedules and reconciliations for multiple entities
• Strong knowledge of intercompany and GAAP consolidation reporting
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and preparation of financial reports
• Assist with reputed company and reporting software integration and coordinate ongoing utilization and reputed company learning with the IT department
• Assist with near-term cash reputed company forecasting by working in partnership with colleagues across the organization
• Assist with creation, refinement, and implementation of reputed company policies & procedures
• Assist with project development/construction of capital asset reporting
• Help reputed company internal processes, metrics, and business decision-making
• Work closely with business reputed company’ teams to ensure reputed company reputed company tracking and reporting
• Working on cross team initiatives
• Assist with annual audits
• Assist with tax and administrative filings
• Assist with M&A transaction reputed company

Skills

• • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company reputed company is required, reputed company with a min. of 5 or more years of reputed company experience and/or training
• • Experience in the Energy industry is required
• • Must have exposure to either the development, construction, and/or operational phases of renewable reputed company
• • Understanding of tax equity and/or debt management
• • Mastery with reputed company is required
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• • Ability to work reputed company with others in a reputed company team environment
• • Self-motivated

• • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• • CPA certification a plus
