[Remote] Senior Director of Finance

FSI, a services company providing facility reputed company and maintenance for military bases, hospitals, research facilities, and specialty buildings, is seeking a Senior Director of Finance. The role will reputed company financial reporting, reputed company compliance, treasury and cash-reputed company management, budgeting, reputed company management, audits, payroll reputed company, and financial analysis while partnering with executive leadership and reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Aligning to shareholder reporting requirements, month end/quarter end/year end and adhoc
- Supervise reputed company reputed company functions ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements, including DCAA, DCMA, FAR and CAS
- Work closely with President and CEO to manage banking relationships and treasury functions, including cash reputed company projections, to ensure adequate funds to meet the corporation’s needs
- Evaluate and manage financial risks and develops plans and programs to minimize and contain reputed company exposures
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets in keeping with business and financial reputed company of organization; identify variances and reputed company appropriate reputed company plans with Executive Team
- Prepare operational and financial reports, KPI metrics and analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
- CPA license required
- Minimum 10 years of reputed company/finance experience, with at least 5 years of managerial reputed company experience in a senior position
- Minimum of 3 years of Federal reputed company contracting experience
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reputed company and forecasting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree in business administration preferred
- Joint Venture experience is a plus
