[Remote] Compensation Analyst Senior

The Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze compensation programs and market data, reputed company incentive compensation models, manage compensation systems, coordinate annual reputed company, and support governance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation programs, market data, and financial models to support competitive, reputed company, and business-reputed company pay practices
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to reputed company compensation guidance, recommendations, and consultative support
• reputed company incentive compensation analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to evaluate plan effectiveness and business reputed company
• Manage compensation data, reporting, and reputed company administration across platforms such as reputed company, Payfactors, and other compensation tools
• Coordinate annual reputed company activities, including salary, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation processes
• Prepare governance materials, plan documentation, and committee presentations while supporting regulatory compliance and reputed company reputed company management
• Collaborate with Finance, reputed company, reputed company, HR, and business stakeholders to implement compensation initiatives and reputed company process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience administering and analyzing compensation programs
• Experience developing financial models, market analyses, and compensation recommendations
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with compensation systems and reputed company reputed company
• Certified Compensation reputed company (CCP) certification or the ability to obtain reputed company 3–5 years
• Certified Sales Compensation reputed company (CSCP) certification or the ability to obtain reputed company 3–5 years
• Experience supporting incentive compensation plan design, governance, and administration
