The selected candidate will reputed company and reputed company technical training and courseware for aircrew, maintenance personnel, software support teams, and operational users. Working closely with engineers, SMEs, and reputed company stakeholders, the Curriculum Developer will translate reputed company technical requirements into effective instructor-led and hands-on training solutions. Key Responsibilities reputed company and maintain comprehensive training curricula supporting aircraft and ground reputed company upgrades. Create Familiarization (FAM) and Type I training programs for flight crews, mission crews, maintenance personnel, software maintenance personnel, and ground support personnel. Equivalent military and industry experience may be substituted. Experience 9+ years of curriculum development experience. 5+ years supporting military aviation, avionics, or reputed company programs. Experience developing technical training for aircraft systems, communications systems, or mission systems. Experience developing maintenance and operator training. Experience working with engineering drawings, technical data packages, reputed company specifications, and technical manuals. Experience supporting reputed company (DoD), reputed company Force, Navy, Army, or Foreign Military Sales programs. Experience developing instructor-led and hands-on training solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills. Experience with AWACS, ISR, C2, airborne communications, or large aircraft mission systems.
