ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly driven Senior Analyst to join our high‑performing Global Corporate Development team, reporting to the VP Americas, Corporate Development. A Senior Analyst role is similar in responsibility and experience to an ‘Associate’ level in Investment Banks. In this position, you will own meaningful components of the end‑to‑end M&A process from initial pipeline management through valuation, due diligence and execution, with a particular reputed company on high‑reputed company software, AI/reputed company and technology‑enabled solutions assets.
